Ben will likely need Backlight admin access and perhaps FTP access. You can save some time by emailing him those credentials.

Hello Rod...have you a notice for me?

I didn't get an email. But I suggested you send one to Ben

As I said, send Ben an email. He's the one best able figure this out. He'll probably want to know who your hosting company is and he'll also likely need FTP credentials.
That being said, it looks like you might have an installation conflict with your existing site. You have Home, About, and Contact pages that just go to a non-Backlight page.
But Ben is the one best equipped to diagnose 500 errors.

I sent an email to him and hopefully this time he answers ... he starts to become an urgent problem for me

It could be a server configuration problem or a .htaccess configuration problem (note that trying to access the Home, About, and Contact pages that exist in Backlight > Designer > Pages sends the viewer to your site's current home page: http://www.immagini-amo.it/yt/index.php
There may be some redirect going on that's conflicting with the Backlight installation
