The "nil" plug-in is not installed or functioning properly

I just closed Lightroom down and reopened to make some corrections to a gallery.
The Lightroom Publishing Manager reports that I can not use the TTG Publisher because "The "nil" plug-in is not installed or functioning properly".

How do I recover from this without losing the galleries that I have already created.

I just figured it out.   I reset the Lightroom Preferences...." holding "ALT-SHIFT" on Lightroom start up.  Then I had to reload the TTG Publisher Plug-in....    Looks like all my Albums are intact.
