How do I assign a thumbnail picture to a gallery in an Album Set?
Offline
In Lightroom you can select the cover image for an album in an album set. The default is random.

Right click on the album within the set and select edit album. On the base settings tab there is a cover image dropdown.

Doesn't´t actually explain HOW to choose which thumbnail to select!

Oh, I just realised that I need to right click on an image within the collection and assign the thumbnail there! Doesn't´t say so anywhere?

I just use the drop down menu but not sure if it is documented.

The drop down menu is the way I use to assign a specific thumbnail to represent an album in an album set. Didn't know that Lightroom had that option when right-clicking an image.
(Edit: Just tried right-clicking a thumbnail in the album in Publisher and setting that as the cover image. Doesn't work.)

Right-click on the Album Set, select Edit Album Set. Choose your Cover Image. Click 'Edit'.
