Which host is working properly other than bluehost? I have to change, I'm with GoDaddy right now and it does not work well. What are the criteria for a good supplier?

In the sidebar on that page, you will also see our affiliate links for various hosts. Give one of those a shot. Various users here on the forum have given positive reports of HostGator, so maybe start there.

I've used Fatcow (https://www.fatcow.com/) with both CE4 and Backlight, and it works well. Their tech support is only so-so, however.
