Hello everybody,
I'am new @ this community, maybe you can help me ;-)
After a couple of years I finally turn over from CE4 to Backlight. I loved the image quality of CE4 (picture 1) but something strange is happening with Backlight the same picture gives a poor picture (picture 2). I tried to change some settings in "Image Settings" but nothing happend with the quality (picture 3).
Another strange thing; the original picture is 1000pixels x 655pixels (picture 1), but with the same setting in "image Setting" the picture is smaller, 968pixels x 649pixels (picture 5).
Someone any ideas? And why is 100% RED (picture 5)?
Greetings,
Henk Tito

100% image quality is kind of a waste. See: http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies/jpeg-quality
After you change any image settings, be sure to republish the images.
Check sharpening settings too.
Not sure about the difference image sizes. Could be due to padding settings? Anyway, a link to an album always helps and would give Matt something to look at other than screen captures.

Hello Rod,
Thank you for you help.
I find out the difference between the pictures quality. The presentation with "Photoswipe" gives me a more blurry and smaller photo (Picture 2), in "single image pages" the presentation is good, just like CE4 (Picture 1).
