Hi,
if I check out the cart, the thumbnails are a little to big. How can I limit their dimension ?
I am working with lightroom 6.

The thumbnails are taken from the gallery. So you can change the album's thumbnail size. That might not be what you want to do though.
Try some custom css:
form#cart img.gallerythumb {
width: 100px;
}adjust width as needed.
