Re: Unable to Save Template

Can you email me a Backlight admin login via the Email link under my picture? I'll try to work out what's gone wrong. Who are you hosting with?

Re: Unable to Save Template

Hi,
Apparently it is solved: www.jamurillo.com

Solution ?
1-download my running /designer/master.sq3 file
2-Just upload a new /designer/master.sq3 file, run my website once (all arrangment were missing).
3- then upload back my old /designer/master.sq3 file

This works, i hope will keep working for long.

Gracias !

Re: Unable to Save Template

Thanks for the emails.  I haven't had a chance yet to look at the master.sq3 file you sent me, but will do this evening.

A simpler way to reset a database file is to simply delete it (or to be safer, rename it, e.g. to master-removed.sq3).  Backlight will see that it's missing copy over a fresh database file the next time you visit one of the Backlight > Designer admin pages.
