I installed today Publisher from Lightroom Plug-in Manager window.
Lightroom Plug-in Manager tells me that the Publisher is installed and running. But I doesn't find the Publish Services section in the lefthand panel and “Publish Services” doesn't appear when I right-click the lefthand panel.
When I right click on p.e. Collections the publish services is selected, but I can't see them
Who knows what the problem is. I am a first time user of Backlight

Are you in the Library Module? That's where the Lightroom Publisher Services is found.
Screen shots might help us figure out what's going on.

So it looks like you have everything working fine since you're able to publish an album and your screen shot shows the Publisher plugin in Publisher Services. What specifically is the problem?
For adding screen shots to the forum, put it online in a folder for the purpose (I have a folder name "screen_caps") and place the direct URL to the image file between IMG tags. For example:

I don't get the site info on the righthand in Lightroom and I don't get template browser on the left. I don't get to see the TTG pages like in this video:

creating extra pages

That video is nearly 7 years old
You get that setup in Lightroom with the earlier versions of TTG Lightroom Web Module plugins, where all the design work was done in Lightroom.
This video is more relevant: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jtzGfUiC6kU
Backlight is web based, not a Lightroom plugin. The only plugin part is the Publisher plugin and that's for sending your images to your site.
With Backlight, all design is done through the Backlight Designer, online. There is no designing or previewing in Lightroom. The only role Lightroom now has is in Publishing images.
So you're not missing anything!

Well it took only a day to solve this problem, ) Thanks for your time. It is a difficult program to master, but with enough time I will get there.
