I didn't find a way to insert metadata in large image presentation. I only found a Metadata Display in backlight menu /Design Template/Album Settings/Thumbnail Presentation/ for thumbnails but nothing in Large Image Presentation. I tried to change presentation type in Large Image Presentation (like Single-image Pages) but in this case, only the complete file name appears (and I don't want that)... I would like to use Photoswipe presentation type... Would you have a solution ?

Image Settings/Image Metadata/Photos Caption works for adding metadata to the single image pages I use.

Additionally, after making this change you'll need to republish any existing images.
You can speed things up by going to the Publisher settings in Lightroom and checking "Push metadata without updating existing photos"
