I'm drawing a blank on this. I can't remember how to open and close a selection gallery for feedback in the TTG BE (CE4) backend. How do I do that again? A client's already made a selection and sent feedback, but I need to open the gallery again so they can add more images and send feedback again.

Go:
Dashboard => Client Response Gallery
Feedback => View Feedback
Then, for the feedback entry you want to re-open, click "Update".
On the next page, you may reset the status to "open".
