Hi, recently getting a few broken image icons on albums for some reason. Usually I just republish the album and all good after that.
This time I cant find a way to resolve it and getting worried there might be a database corruption.
When I try and publish the gallery again, it loaded two images the came up with an "Error uploading rendition. (Code: 403)"
Whats the issue and how do I fix it please.

Looking further I may have, well definitely have removed albums via FTP. I had to do this due to needing to update an album that I had lost all the original images to. This creates a break in LR where you cant actually delete the album in CE4 to re do it. SO my bad.
The problem I have is when I try to go into the phpLiteAdmin to delete the orphaned albums, I get this..
403 Forbidden
A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site.
Which loops me back to the beginning..
Ben, anyone help please.

HA, I found it... the latest version of wordfence Stops CE4 from uploading through Lightroom. it see's it as a security risk and blocks it..
Now I just need to figure out how to turn wordfence back on and allow lightroom to work..

pretty much the most commonly used wordpress wedsite security plugin to stop hackers

I'm surprised that Wordfence can block Publisher traffic. Is your Publisher API URL somewhere within your Wordpress installation?

not sure what you mean by that, its in the location in the TTG documenation. Its certainly blocking it as I have turned the plugin off and it works perfectly. I turn it back on and it fails.
It sees the transfer of data as a potential risk and blocks it.

Sure, but that implies Wordfence or Wordpress is filtering the traffic to Publisher. That shouldn't be the case.
What is the URL for your Wordpress site, and what is the URL for your Backlight installation?

Looks like your main site is run by Wordpress and CE4 is installed in a subdirectory. Looks like this is the reason that Wordfence blocks Publisher.
If you have a static IP address, you can whitelist it, but most likely you have a dynamic IP address: https://docs.wordfence.com/en/Wordfence … _all_rules
