TTG CE4 Pulbisher issues

Hi, I've been able to upload galleries with no issues for a long time until now.

I've gotten two issues that seem to pop up

1) was a time out issue

2) now it's another issue after speaking with godaddy and they switched me from a Singapore server(no clue why there) to a NA server...current error message below

Can’t update this collection.
Unable to perform action: uploadRendition.

Server response:

{"message":"The album could not be found for id 19235"}

if I can't fix this quickly is there a way to export the gallery and upload it via an ftp to get the same login capabilites as i do with publisher?

Thanks for the help

Re: TTG CE4 Pulbisher issues

which login capabilities are you referring to? Is it a CRG? If so, then if you were using the client management features of publisher, then the answer is no. If you simply using regular password protection, then yes.

But to your problem. Seems like it might be an issue with GoDaddy. I suggest contacting Ben and ask him to look into it. He may need ttg-be as well as FTP access.
He may also need your logs. See this page:

Thanks Rod, really hope i can get this up and running, so strange why now it would happen since it was working perfect.

Should I email Ben directly or is he attached to this and will respond?

Since he'll probably ask for login credentials it makes sense to email him directly and provide all that. as well as a reference to this post. Just a time saver.
