I don't know what I did but my top-level gallery index no longer displays and gives the following error:
Something went wrong
The template could not be found for id in GalleryDelegate.php on line 284
All the albums are intact but the gallery index no longer works. I tried clearing cache, resetting the publisher settings, and forcing re-uploads of albums to recreate the index and nothing seems to work. I even re-installed Backlight 104.
You can see the behavior on my site here: www.michaelblanchette.com

Hi Michael, have you deleted the template that was used by galleries/ ? To fix this, login to Backlight then visit Designer > Templates > Assign Templates and set an Album Set template for your galleries/ entry.

OK, after much playing around, I found that the ID in gallery.xml in /galleries had recently changed from ID 1 to ID 2, causing the problem. Weird, but I simply reset the id in gallery.xml to 1 like it was on my test site and now it works fine. Not sure what caused the change but it seems fixed now.

That's what my instructions aimed to achieve. I'm glad you solved it.
