hyperlink the masthead

I see that i can option I want that in Backlight Standard Page, but does not give me opportunity to change where I want the hyperlink to go,

By default, the masthead hyperlink always goes to the site's index page.

I think you can use the phplugins ttg_masthead_top hook to replace the masthead with one of your own making.
