Not a supported option in the current version, but something I can add later if there's demand for it. Setting the lang attribute explicitly has very little impact, if any at all, on the page.

As fas as I understand the html header "lang" option only affects non-human things trying to read your page (search engines and stuff like that).

Search engines pay more attention to the language of your actual content, and are now mostly smart enough to differentiate English and French.
