Hi I've got the files loaded but when I go to the site/backlight I get "500 Internal Server Error" GoDaddy support said there is a permissions issue with the backlight folder and gave me this specific error message:
ERROR: mkdir(): Permission denied|#0 [internal function]: ErrorHandler::handleError(2, 'mkdir(): Permis...', 'G:\\PleskVhosts\\...', 144, Array)#1 G:\PleskVhosts\jimmybakerphotography.com\httpdocs\backlight\framework\helpers\GenericApplicationHelper.php(144): mkdir('./backlight/fra...')#2 G:\PleskVhosts\jimmybakerphotography.com\httpdocs\backlight\framework\helpers\AuthHelper.php(59): GenericApplicationHelper::makeDataDirectoryIfNeeded('./backlight/fra...')#3 G:\PleskVhosts\jimmybakerphotography.com\httpdocs\backlight\framework\init.php(120): AuthHelper::handleSession()#4 G:\PleskVhosts\jimmybakerphotography.com\httpdocs\index.php(19): require_once('G:\\PleskVhosts\\...')#5 {main}|URL: /Index.php

Hi, without being able to tell what the underlying cause is, Backlight isn't supported on Windows hosts. If it works, that's great, but if not, there's little that we can advise.
I suggest asking GoDaddy whether they can switch your site to Linux hosting.
If this is a new site, rather than a migration, then you'd be better off shifting away from GoDaddy altogether, as there are issues publishing to sites hosted on GoDaddy from Lightroom. We recommend Bluehost.
