Blue Control Panel?
Set up a Theater page with a Vimeo, video embedded.
Everything seems to work fine, except there is a non-operating, "Blue Control Panel" at the upper left of the screen.

Note:there's only picture ('tis a silent video) on the clip.
Any ideas where it came from and how to get rid of it?

that looks like the slide show control from the Vegas slide show. It probably shouldn't be there.
You could try editing the template by changing the presentation from video to slideshow and setting Display Slideshow Controls to "Off". Then change the presentation back to video/vimeo
