Hi,
I was setting up the cart and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. Only the product type «digital download» are available to my customers in the gallery ever if I set up a physical product, add it in the pricing schemes, give it a different order number, give it a price and save everything.
Ultimately, I would like to get rid off the downloading link that the cart create at the end of the transaction and in the customer email.
Thank you

Try creating a new pricing scheme and don't include digital downloads.
Or, if you still have the "print" scheme, switch to that and edit the products/options/prices as needed

Ok, so I just created a new pricing scheme. The only product in there was a physical product. Then, in my cart options into my lightroom program, I changed the ''Uniform pricing profil name'' to make it the same as the new pricing scheme I just created. Then, I exported the new gallery and when I went to see the result: no product was available.
And no, I don't have the initial ''print'' scheme anymore...
Do you have an other idea?

Make sure all your pricing is filled out, including shipping costs.

Also, links to albums/galleries always help

Hi!
Yes, all the pricing including shipping cost are filled out.
Here is the link of a problematic gallery:

can you enable guest access to ttg-be. If the login is other than the default, can you post that too?
also, the pricing profile names are case sensitive. Make sure the name of your pricing scheme in Cart settings matches what you've entered for the gallery ("Physical product")

Hi
I checked and the case sensitive seems not to be the problem.
Here is your guest access:

Thanks for your help!

I think Ben is going to have to take a look. I can't see anything obvious.
I suggest sending him an email with ttg-be admin login credentials and a link to this topic.

The issue is that you do not have any shipping methods that are enabled. The cart can't sell physical products if there is no way to get the product to your customer. Your single shipping method is not enabled. Can you try enabling it?

Hi! Thanks for your reply !
I went and I enabled the shipping method and I also made it as the default. But It is not working...
So then I went and created a new gallery with a pricing scheme including both physical and digital product to see what happen. Nothing is available for the cart (none of the digital and none of the physical product). As soon as I include a physical product, nothing is availlable!
The new galery:

A huge thank you to continue searching

The test gallery seems to be working. I can click on the cart icon and the add-to-cart dialog box appears.
try clearing browser cache. Also try resetting the cart from the link on the Cart's main dashboard page.
