Images in feedback email
How to I get the selected images in feedback email to link to the actual image on the gallery. Currently it only links to the gallery

it should link to the image. Are your images named correctly (no spaces, special characters, etc?)

Aaaaa.. I noticed that my files are originally using this format : CP-ART2016-05 but the exported files are using this : CP_ART2016_05 .
Could this be the problem? And how did this happen?

that could be a problem. Check you file naming presets and your Lightroom preferences
