Just upgraded and notice the menu symbol on my iPhone is not there any more. How do I get it back?
I can still get to the menu by touching the area where the symbol should be. Same for leaving the menu.
Have an iPhone 5s.
On my laptop, the menu symbol in visible - and remains visible - as I shrink the window.

When I look at your site I see the hamburger menu appearing when I reduce the browser to mobile size. I'm also seeing it on my iPhone.

The icons have changed in 1.0.3. Your phone was probably pulling from an old browser cache.
