Sorry, but there is currently no way to localize that text. Unfortunately, there are places in Backlight we need to make greater efforts to introduce localization support. It's something I would like to address as we go.
For the next update, I am creating a new "Text Localization" section in the Page Template designer where you will be able to translate the text appearing on this page. Should you find any other text that you are unable to localize, please let us know.
