I'm still struggling with duplicate filenames with Backlight as I did with CE4. I've managed to sort most without using Lightroom sequential file and renaming using various exif fields but still can't deal with those images that are taken at the same place and at the same time. Do you have any suggestions?

It looks like you're already incorporating the original four digit file number from the camera? That should probably be enough.
To avoid duplicate numbering between cameras, I've created file name presets that add a camera code.
for example, images taken with my Nikon D300 look like this:
Barbee_120617_3_2345.NEF. First part is my last name. Second part is date. Third is the camera code, and last is the original four digit number from the camera.
Also, file names should contain only letters, numbers, underscores, or dashes. No commas, apostrophes, spaced or any other characters. Yours have commas. Including special characters can lead to problems down the road.
