Client Response Gallery Selection and feedback not responding

I have both selection and feedback icons on my Thumbnails however they do nothing when i click on then. Neither do any icons on the top right of the main single image?

have you enabled feedback in Publisher album settings under the Integration tab?

Can you provide us with a link to a gallery where we can see this, and with a Backlight admin login? (via the Email link under my name)

Feedback under integration checked, Unfortunately the website is not live but running locally. I decided to learn configure and setup Backlight, as i did with CE4 and Bootstrap etc. on a local mac.

I can change the icons etc yet they do not respond when clicked on

One extra point when hovering over the heart or pencil icon the cursor changes to the tradition pointing hand

This looks to be caused by a recurring problem we've encountered with 1.0.2.

Did you upgrade from 1.0.1 or is this a fresh install of 1.0.2?

Before running the suggested fix below, can you please do me a favour, and email me a copy of the file backlight/data/designer/master.sq3?

We have not been able to replicate this problem, which is the first step needed to solve the problem, so it would be a huge help to be able to see what may be wrong in the database.

After making a copy of master.sq3 (please Visit the same gallery and append the parameters ?reloadModel&skipCache. This should fix it. It is a step that only needs to be performed once.

after applying the fix I was able to select 3 images i then made comments on one and saved. I then went to the feedback area and there was feedback, except for the commented and selected image. Neither was it listed as selected. Since then i have been able to select images and open the comments dialog. yet i cannot edit nor comment on other images. I don't know whether this is linked to the fact I closed the feedback for the original image, there is no reopen option. I have recoded the browser etc

Forgot to answer last time i upgraded from 1.01

additional info, I went back to try again and attempted to select another image and got a message that the album was now closed for feedback. So i misunderstood what closed did. However i still get a dialog when i click on the comments icon (just cannot change anything)

In the Client Response Settings you can change the Post Submission Actions.
