So I created a new gallery via publisher:
http://www.gnbri.co.uk/event-galleries-2016/run-hertford/
On my Mac (via Safari) and Samsung Galaxy S5 (via Google Chrome) no issues and everything looks fine.
Had a client email to say: "I’ve been sent a link by the organisers, but there are no photos yet.” They were trying on a laptop running Windows 7 and from both Chrome and IE.
Screen shot from a Windows Phone is loading but without formatting/styling.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

In Firefox I'm getting the spinning wheel where the gallery thumbs should be loading.
first thing to try is fixing the name of the template. There is a space in the name. All file and folder names should contain only letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores. No spaces, punctuation or special characters.
This may be what's preventing some scripts from loading correctly.
For example, these don't seem to be loading:
<script src="./../../ttg-be/publisher/application/../../templates/gallery/2015 EVENT_Gallery_Paid/lib/js/jquery.ba-throttle-debounce.min.js"></script>
<script src="./../../ttg-be/publisher/application/../../templates/gallery/2015 EVENT_Gallery_Paid/lib/js/init.head.min.js"></script>

We are now having an issue where some platforms are loading fine, but others the cart is there, but you can't click it or click to enlarge the image. Any ideas?

I'm seeing the problem on my iPad 3 and iPhone 6.
It works as expected if I use the mobile.php address in the browser:
http://www.gnbri.co.uk/event-galleries- … mobile.php
This is something that Ben or Matt will need to look at. I suggest sending an email to Ben referencing this topic. He may need Admin access to ttg-be as well as ftp access.

I believe this is the problem:
<meta name="google-site-verification" content="<meta name="google-site-verification" content="8Kfl65AYN9vCqdOL8hx30wzNIOHra7u4hCqxlxv5Y7g" />" />
Pilot error here is breaking the syntax for the entire page. During gallery setup in Lightroom, you should have pasted only:
8Kfl65AYN9vCqdOL8hx30wzNIOHra7u4hCqxlxv5Y7g
Instead, you pasted all of:
<meta name="google-site-verification" content="8Kfl65AYN9vCqdOL8hx30wzNIOHra7u4hCqxlxv5Y7g" />

Thank you Matthew.
So went back and created a new Gallery template. Things seamed to be working okay.
Created a new event gallery over night… via Publisher - Album Set and Album Collections.

Suddenly all our event galleries are down! :-(

Sorry, just to clarify, when I say down I mean only getting the spinning wheel where the gallery thumbs should be loading.
The images are not loading.
Thank you.

Can you point to a specific album? Because all those I looked at on the page you linked are working fine.
They do take a long time to load because you're using the masonry layout, but other than that, they seem fine.
For large albums like these, masonry is probably not the best choice. Try switching the template to the Standard layout, I think you'll see the images loading much faster.

Hi Rob,
I have taken the previous suggestions on board and change the Google Id and changed the layout to standard.
The auto index page works fine and shows all the formatting. (http://www.gnbri.co.uk/event-galleries- … d-oak-10k/)
However all the galleries within Start, 2km, 6km, Finish and Fun Run, are currently without formatting, except when a thumbnail is enlarged. For example images here - https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BwohG … GxwRG9pazQ
The issues appear to come and go as one hour we are receiving client orders, the next questions about gallery problems.
Thank you for your patience and continued help.

My guess is that this might be a hosting problem.
The css appears to be getting blocked from loading. When I look at the page source and click on the link to the style-common.css file, I get an error:
Content Encoding Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
Is your host using any sort of compression on the site?
Ben or Matt are probably going to have to look more closely at this, they're the experts when it comes to hosts doing wacky things.

Our hosting is with iPage.
Their response…
"I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. I could not find style-common.css on source code of http://www.gnbri.co.uk . Can you please let us know in which URL you see this and steps to duplicate the error?
Yes, we use gzip compression on our server."

the style-common.css file should be on every one of your ttg pages, it's in the source code here:
I don't know anything about the compression they're using, but my guess is that's probably the root of your problems. Can they turn it off. If not, might be time for new hosting.
