Hi,
my CRG isn't working properly. I am not receiving messages when someone has selected images. And my clients are getting error messages even when I can log in and see that their session is closed. Lately the sessions won't even close and my clients are trying to submit the choices several times and get frustrated.
Does anyone know how I can fix it?

Ben will need a link to an actual gallery. (He may also need access to ttg-be.)
the link you provided is to the ttg-be admin. And the credentials don't work anyway.

the very first thing you should try is to update both ttg-be and CRG online components to the latest versions. Both of yours are out of date, CRG being a year out of date.
Also install the latest CRG lightroom web engine.
then export and upload the gallery again

I have updated it now, but I keep getting the same error.. Other suggestions?

The online components of ttg-be and CRG still show that they are out of date.
You're using CRG 6.0.5, the current version is 6.1.9
You're using TTG-BE 2.0.3, the current version is 2.0.5a
After you upload the new files, be sure to complete the upgrade by logging on to ttg-be/crg as per the update instructions.
The gallery you link to was made with CRG 6.1.3, not the current version 6.1.9. Make sure you update your Lightroom plug-in, export, and upload the gallery again.
So make sure everything is updated first. You may still get errors after that but at least one possible problem will have been eliminated.

Ok, thanks!
I have now updated them to the newest i could find. But that is TTG Client Response Gallery Admin version: 6.1.3 and TTG BE Admin version: 2.0.5. I am not getting the error message now, but the subission is set as open instead of closed. Where can I find the newest version of CRG?

You can get the latest version of CRG by looking up your order from one of the links on this page:

You can change the behavior of the Post Submission Actions CRG admin > Settings > Feedback Submission

This is supposed to happen when you've set the gallery to be closed for submission after feedback. You can go into Feedback > View Feedback and update any feedback status to Open.

I see. So either I can't be sure that they have actually submitted their choices or they aren't able to make mistakes? Or have I got it wrong here? I need to upload this gallery again if I want my clients to choose their photos after I have tested it?

once you've tested a gallery, you can just change the Feedback status to "Open"
In my tests, if I've set the Post Submission Actions to "Clear Feedback in Browser", Feedback submission status remains Open and the the client send feedback again and again if they wish.
so just try those different settings and see what they do.
No need to re-upload a gallery after testing

Ok, I think I finally did it now.
Is there a way to change the information and email and confirmation text? I have been able to change where it says name and contact info, but the confirmation email and the popup is still in english..

I don't think it's a problem. What you've described above (The Gallery closed for feedback message) is just how the CRG works. Have you tried experimenting with the "Post Submission Actions"?
Or is the problem different?

Sorry. I meant that the message my client gets is that there is a problem and they need to contact me. Even though the gallery is closed and everything looks fine on my end..
