Well, this is odd. I tried again, and again the page is not available. I'm in Seoul, South Korea, by the way.
I then launched my VPN, which at the moment is assigning me an IP address in New Jersey, USA, and I'm able to connect to the site. I wonder whether it's my ISP blocking your site, or your host blocking my South Korean IP address ...
Anyway, the site looks great. I adore this image:

Thank you for visiting my site, I'm surprised you that you have difficulty connecting from Korea Southern, I personally blocked any country where no IP address through my extension security.
I appreciate that you like the site and I must say that I also really like this picture which was taken early in the morning!
