I am getting this Warning: when you click on navigation "M+P Coffee"
Site address is http://mack-paesler.de/2016/

In Line 32 its looking for TTG_BE, I have
Allow page replacement by CE4 Publisher is set to no.
Enable PHP Plugins is not selected.
Hmmmmm any thoughts?

Is this a site root problem? I guess the actual site root is http://var/www/vhosts/mack-paesler.de/httpdocs/2016/

it looks like you've not installed TTG-BE in the /2016/ folder. That needs to be installed for the Contact Form to work.
The Site Root is fine
