One nav item on a CE4 Pages site is targeted to another site with the “open in new window” selected. After exporting to WAMP to preview this was the behavior. After double clicking the nav menu item…the external site did open in another window…but on return to main site the nav item has a dotted border outline. I don’t want this to appear as such. Is this a bug? Any help appreciated. Thanks

A quick Google search on "dotted line around links" turned up this helpful post: https://css-tricks.com/removing-the-dotted-outline/
Apparently the dotted line is there by default for accessibility purposes. So it's presence isn't a bug.
But if you want it removed, looks like it's easy to do so with custom css.
