I recently upgraded from LR4 to LR5. All my catalogue was imported. Alas, all my collections and published web site (thru Publisher) where not.
Any way to import these?

those are all stored in the catalog. As long as you're using the same catalog, you should still have access. Are you using the exact same catalog?
Can you still access those collections via LR4?
If so, you could try the Lightroom Voyager plug-in to export your published collections from LR4 and import to LR5.
but, as I said, those should already be there if you're using the same catalog.
