I am getting the following error every time I publish a gallery....

make sure you're using the latest version of Publisher. Ben released a hot fix to this a few days ago.

Using 230... that is when the problem started...

Be sure to update the online component of Publisher too. You're currently at version 2.3.0 in TTG-BE

Just by going to your TTG-BE. Which still shows that the online component version is 2.3.0

Update as per the instructions in the readme.txt file included in the download.

Also make sure you're using CE4 Gallery 6.1.8 or newer. Update all your Publisher templates.

IT WAS PUBLISHER THAT WAS THE PROBLEM, THOUGHT I HAD UPDATED IT, PUBLISHER IN TTG-BE THAT IS.
HOW COME IT WAS WORKING FINE LAST WEEK NOTHING CHANGED THEN BAM DOES A LIGHTROOM/TTG NASTY ON ME.
LOVE TTG WHEN IT WORKS BUT EVERYTIME I COME TO IT IT DOESNT

I don't know why it wasn't working. Perhaps because the Lightroom plug-in was updated and the online component was not.

Maybe this was the first time you tried to change or add an album since updating the plug-in.

In my experience, things like these usually come down to forgetting to complete an update process (logging on to ttg-be to complete an update), using outdated components, and server incompatibilities.

mmmmm changed the server after the error and before I asked for help. The error occurred after I changed the order of the pictures in publisher.
nothing else changed, no updates, nothing.

oh sorry caps are not shouting I was doing something else and got half way through then noticed I had caps on ,, sorry

Something must be going on. You say you updated the Publisher online component to 2.3.3? It's still showing 2.3.0.

If you did update, did you also log in as Admin to ttg-be?

Great, this plugin is not for the casual user, I only use it 2-3 times a year so every time I use it I have to go through the process of updating.
