Hi! I have made a fresh installation of CE4 crg and all is working except the mails from the feedback.
I can see the feedback created on the admin panel but any email received.
I have created this gallery only for testing: http://negroandwhite.com/galleries/test02/
Any advice?
PS: I have been 1 year using CRG without any problem but recently I decided to make a new website and I deleted the CRG folders by mistake so I begin with a fresh installation. I don't know where I can Find any information because no error appears on the process.
Thank you!

have you tried changing the email settings? If using SMTP, try just plain 'mail'
see also: http://community.theturninggate.net/top … il-issues/
and the link to your gallery does no good as it's password protected

do you have things configured so that an email is also sent to the client? if so, is the client receiving it?

When testing your gallery I get the "Please try again later, or contact the photographer if this problem persists." error.
This makes me think there's an error in the set up in TTG-BE. Can you enable guest access to ttg-be so Ben will have something to look at. (he may need Admin access eventually)

Yes, the webserver is down NOW. I have sent a Ticket to the support server 15 minutes ago.
I'll write again when the server is up again.
Thank you!
