Updating to CE4 Theme for Wordpress 3.1.2

There is no update readme file for this Jan. 7th update. This release's Changelog notes only PHP improvements. So can I just upload and replace the theme's PHP directory (thereby avoiding hassle of new theme setup, etc.)? TIA.

Re: Updating to CE4 Theme for Wordpress 3.1.2

the safest thing is to simply export and upload the entire theme. The changes were likely in one of the files that lives in the lib/ folder, but to be sure, just upload everything.
You won't need to go through the theme set up as long as use the same name for the export as the existing theme.

The changes in the Jan. 7 update are minor, and intended only to broaden server compatibility. If you're already running the previous version happily on your server, then you can actually skip the most recent update.
