If you're using stand-alone, there should be no requirement for a client to log in (unless you're using password protection)
If you're not getting email, have you made sure to set up email in ttg-be admin?
If you're using smtp, try the regular email option.
can you post a link to a gallery so we have something to look at? Also, if you can enable guest access to ttg-be, (if it isn't already) that will help.

Hi Mark,
I just tested the gallery out. From my end, it looked like the email was sent.

No. After getting to the gallery, everything about submitting the feedback was normal.

Autoindex is installed in Lightroom just like the CRG plug-in
http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … nstall_ce4
when i try create an album in publisher it tells me no templates have been created?
that's because you haven't created and uploaded any templates
http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … _templates
(CRG should be added to the list of plugins that can create publisher album templates)

Once you send feedback, the gallery, by default closes for feedback. You can go into the CRG admin area and open it again.
You can also change the Post Submission actions in CRG Settings > Feedback Submission

You can. But if you're logged into TTG-BE though, you'll have access to all managed galleries.

you are a star sir...
so before i send any gallery to a client i should set them up as a client..?
Offline
It's up to you. But by doing so you'll be able to use some added features like the ability for the clients to make choices and come back later to continue.
It also makes the album private (this is different than using password protection on an album)

gmail is spamming the mails even though I've added the address to my contacts..
do you mean the emails generated by your site and being sent to you? Are you using a gmail address as the vendor address in the ttg-be email set up? If so, try Ben's suggestion here: http://community.theturninggate.net/post/28577/#p28577
and change the vendor email address to one associated with your hosting account.

it's pretty easy. Just log in to your account and go to the C-Panel and click on email accounts and create a new account.

id like them back.
although i still see them when creating the template in lightroom just not when viewing on web.
when publishing from lightroom I've clicked "go to gallery" after publishing, it goes to a a server path" http://markmannclient.com/ttg-be//publisher/galleries/test2/" but not to the album i created not terrible but annoying as id like to copy that path to send to clients..
and lastly so far..
is there a master admin? everytime i create a test gallery i have to allow my self to use it..
can't see where to see the galleries from within the admin?
also..
I appreciate your help if you wanna go to my website and choose something id like to make you a print..

Text included in the template is not automatically included in the albums.
Take a look under the Page Content tab of the Create/Edit Album dialog box. There's are buttons that allow you to include the template copy.

Not sure what's happening here; I've never used that feature. You can just go to the album online and copy the url that way.
Or, even easier, if these are CRG managed albums (you've created a client account in TTG-BE CRG Client area) just send your clients to markmannphoto.com/ttg-be/crg. They'll be prompted for their email address and password and then taken to a page that has a link to their album.

if you're logged into ttg-be, you have access to all the CRG managed albums.

A little confused..
the album page settings in "create gallery" allow me to replace and position new text but i can't seem to find an option to use the text created in the template?
If i go here or send my clients there they get to my TTG admin log in page.. markmannphoto.com/ttg-be/crg. not to a list of permitted galleries am i missing something? That login asks for username and password, not email and password..
can you explain how if your logged into TTG-be admin where i can get to see the galleries..
when i open a new finder window and enter the gallery address it only gives me the option to login as a client..
in other words not sure how to get from admin to galleries...
thanks again..

the album page settings in "create gallery" allow me to replace and position new text but i can't seem to find an option to use the text created in the template?
The options allow you to:
Replace the Template Page Copy - leaving this option active means whatever text you place in the album's Page Copy box will be the only text appearing in that section of the page (Page copy or Sidebar copy) ,
Position New Copy Above/Below Existing Page Copy - choosing one of these options will place the any copy you add to the Album's Page Copy field above or below the text you created in the template.
Use these options to add the template text copy to the page.
If you use one of those options and don't add any new text in the Page Copy field, then just the text from the template will appear on the album page.
When you're logged into ttg-be you just need to navigate in the browser to where your CRG managed albums are. At least that's all I have to do. Are you using the latest version of CRG and TTG-BE?
