I would like to edit the email body.
I disabled the feedback (only client selection is active) and still shows:

Options -
Comments 1 -
Comments 2 -
Can you tell me where i can find the file to do this?

It looks like your feedback profile has two comment boxes. Removing those should also remove the entries in the email.
However, I don't believe the rest is user changeable. Ben will have to confirm.
