In the CRG feedback form the visitor can rate the image with stars 1 to 5.
How is it possible to reset the rating to zero stars?
After the rating has been saved I see no way to unselect ALL the stars again (at minimun one star will remain)

Try clicking on the highest star number that's already selected. So for example, if four stars are selected, try clicking on the fourth. That should reset it to not rated.

No, that does not work. Only if you want to reduce von n to n-1, but not if you want to unselct all

That's how it's designed to work. Can you provide a link to a gallery so I can take a look?

I have sent you a PM

Thanks. The gallery isn't loading at all for me - blank page. Have you changed anything?

Sorry for that, now you should see a test gallery

I can see it now. The deselection of ratings were added in CRG 6.1.1. You're using CRG 6.1.0.
I suggest you download the latest version, CRG 6.1.2 and apply the updates for both 6.1.1 and 6.1.2 as outlines in the changelog: http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … _changelog
At a minimum, the step to upgrade to 6.1.1 that involves copying a single JavaScript file should fix the ratings for you.

To update to CRG 6.1.2:
Replace the CE4-CRG.lrwebengine, and restart Lightroom
Replace the ttg-be/crg/application directory
Log in as admin to ttg-be/crg/admin
Are these the ONLY steps to do (regardless of the CRG version actually installed)?
Or is this ONLY the procedure in case of updating from 6.11a to 6.12
Do I have to replace ALL CRG files upgrading for 6.10 to 6.12?
Offline
since you're coming from 6.1.0, you'll need to upload the crg/lib folder and the crg/application folder

After the update it works as expected-desktop only, but not on SMALL mobile devices (alle stars can be deselected but not the first one). on tablets ok, on smartphones not OK. The clickable area ist to small for deselection

This is strange. I can confirm this, sort of.
This is what's happening for me. I can tap a star (say, the third star) and have the three star rating. If I tap it again, nothing seems to happen.
But if I let it just sit for a few minutes and tap the star again, all stars disappear, as you would want them to. Sometimes.
This behavior doesn't seem to be consistent.

Hi Ben
did you have a chance to have a closer look into that?
Offline
I haven't. What browser and mobile are you using?
Offline
Ben, I'm using iOS devices and the Safari for iOS browser
iPad3 is what I was testing on.

Ben, do you have an update regarding this issue?
Offline
I don't. Seems to be an edge case.

Hi! We have updated the CE4 Client Response Gallery to 6.1.3a to address this issue.
Can you download CRG-613a and replace a single file:
ttg-be/crg/lib/js/jquery.ttgcrg-ce4.js
What we found is that the cancelling of the rating was actually working on touch devices, however the hover-off event wasn't being triggered on iOS devices, giving the impression that the rating remained, albeit coloured as yellow stars. The fix is to remove the yellow colouring on clicking any of the stars.
Please let us know if that fixes the issue as you had experienced it.
