I have read the post about the Database module issue and have ran the http://youriste.com/ttg-be/admin/?info as Rod has suggested and they appear to be enabled. The bigger issue is that this seems to only happen when I try to install in my root (www) directory as I have a test setup in a subdomain working correctly.. I have been putting off upgrading as there are thing about the new version I don't like compared to version 3 and now I'm even more frustrated.

It looks to me that the needed PDO drivers are not enabled. The should be sqlite and pdo_sqlite
as per the system and hosting requirements

If they are not installed why does it work on the test subdomain?

I don't know. Sounds like a question for your host as to why some modules are enabled in the sub-domain but not in the main domain.

I now see: "dblib, mysql, odbc, pgsql, sqlite" on your main domain.
I'm guessing that your host has fixed this for you?
