Yeah, I know, it's been covered to death but I can't find the solution for my particular problem.
I have spent (wasted) hours trying to get publisher set up, reading all the tutorials and watching videos.
Gallery template is uploaded where it should be, Publisher in LR is set-up following the documentation, but when I try to publish, all I get is a pop up that says:
Can't Update This Collection
Unable to perform action: createAlbum
Message: unable to find the directory ./ ../ ../galleries
please create this directory and set permissions to 777.
Yeah, tried that many times to no avail. When I look at my files on my server, the directory is clearly there.
Stumped.

links?
where is your Publisher top-level gallery?
What have you named it?
Does the name in Publisher set up match the name of the folder on the server you're publishing to?
Is ttg-be and your top-level gallery on the same server level?
(I'm seeing ttg-be in the root of the site but am not seeing a folder named 'galleries', which is the folder name that Publisher is looking for, according to the error message)

Thanks for all your help, Rod, but I'm moving on to something else.
I'm chalking this one up to an expensive and very time consuming lesson.

Did you actually set write permissions on your destination folder? That would typically be "galleries", and should be either 777 or 755, depending on your host; try one value, and if that results in error, try the other.
