use Font Awesome.
TTG uses Font Awesome for all the icons throughout the plugins. So just go to the Font Awesom site, find the icon you want to use, and then copy and paste the necessary code into the navigation item label in Lightroom.
something like this in the the hyperlink label field of your "Galleries" link:
<i class="fa fa-picture-o"></i> Galleries
will place an icon that looks like a picture to the left of the Galleries text.
If you're using phplugins to manage your navigation, you'll need to add the code there
Note that the plug-ins have code to call Font Awesome version 4.1. This will probably be sufficient, but if you find an icon you want to use and it's not showing up, you'll need to update to the latest version of Font Awesome. Here's how you can do that:
