Hello. I have created several galleries with CRG and passwords protection. Try access password TTG-be or the Master credentials assigned in Lightroom, but do not work. What can happen?

the master credentials assigned in Lightroom are to access exported and uploaded galleries, it is not a master password for ttg-be.
Are your CRG galleries exported and uploaded or are you using Publisher?
If using Publisher, you'll need to set the master credentials in Publisher Admin in TTG-BE
If using Publisher, are you managing the albums with CRG management or are they stand-alone albums?
If you're using CRG management, when you log in to ttg-be you'll have access to all CRG managed albums.
Also, it always helps if you can include a link to a problem gallery/album.

Hi Rod.
My CRG galleries are uploaded using Publisher. They are CRG managed albums.
Now I have set a Master credentials in Publisher Admin in TTG-BE, but still not work. Should I upgrade the Publisher albums to activate the Master credentials?
Nor do I get access to the galleries with the TTG-BE login.
The link to login form is http://josemanuelsantos.es/ttg-be/crg/
Thanks

Hi, there are two types of logins used with TTG:
1. The 'traditional' style:
* usernames and passwords are set individually for galleries
* users see the login form at the actual gallery URL, e.g. http://yoursite.com/galleries/album-one/
* master credentials set in Publisher admin can be used to login
2. The CRG-manged style:
* usernames and passwords are managed via the CRG admin
* users who visit a gallery are redirected to /ttg-be/crg/ to login with those credentials. Upon success they are redirected back to the gallery.
* alternatively, users can visit /ttg-be/crg/ directly. Upon success they are shown a list of assigned galleries.
* TTG BE admin can view those galleries directly at the gallery URL by already being logged into TTG BE within the same browser
It sounds to me like you're trying to access CRG-manged galleries with the Publisher master credentials. This won't work. Instead, just try being logged in as TTG BE admin and then visit the gallery URL that you want to see.

Ben, you're right, I was doing that.
Thanks for your answer.
Then, in the case of CRG managed, is not necessary to put user email and password in the form of Publisher in Lightroom, just have to do it via the CRG admin?
Sorry for my English
