Hi,
I've been meaning to put this here for a while. Just wanted to give a heads up that CRG emails are still coming in with spaces in filenames making cutting and pasting into lightroom impossible. Also wanted to let you know that admin log in for client response galleries managed through ttg back end has never worked for me. No matter what I do I still have to log in with the my clients credentials.

To help speed things up for when Ben can take a look, can you supply a link to a CRG that's not working properly? (If your galleries are sensitive, consider creating one that is not and posting a link to it)
Guest access to TTG-BE should be enabled
And to clarify, the Client albums you're trying to access via TTG-BE login are CRG managed albums and not just password protected albums?

We don't have a solution for the spaces. This has come up before. Our code sends emails encoded correctly and it looks like encoding by intermediary servers adds spaces during transit.

Two possible workarounds:
1) Rather than from the email, copy the file name list from the feedback in the back end ( TTG BE or Backlight ).
2) Run the list through a Find & Replace action in a text-editor to remove the spaces (find spaces, replace with nothing).
