Center gallery vertically

Hi.

I want to have only Galleria slideshow visible without any text etc, so I have disabled everything except slideshow.
Is it possible to make this gallery vertical align: center?

Now it looks like this: http://emilcabaj.pl/klient/galleria.png

Re: Center gallery vertically

Without a link to the page we can only guess.
Try adjusting padding and margin in the grid.

Re: Center gallery vertically

you can vertically center it within the page container.

In Site Info > Page Footer, uncheck Wear Concrete Shoes

the overall height of the page container will then be determined by galleria aspect ratio

vertically centering the page container in the browser will probably require custom css. But you can move it in Lightroom by adjusting the Margin-top in Site Info > Page Container. But this is not a solution since you can never know the monitor size your viewers are using.

If I get the time I'll try a test page and see if I can find the needed css. But if you get something online before that I could use that to take a look.

Re: Center gallery vertically

@Rod, did you find any way to do this?
Can you tell me, could Galleria start automatically in full screen mode?

Thanks.

Re: Center gallery vertically

No, I haven't had time to mess with it other than to disable all areas other than the grid containing the slide show. I'll have to publish a Stage/galleria page and inspect the css.

I don't know of a way that you can configure from the Stage plug-in  to make the slide show start automatically in full screen mode. You might need to delve into the galleria settings to see if that's possible and then edit the galleria javascript in the exported page

Re: Center gallery vertically

Re: Center gallery vertically

Thought I found a way to position the slideshow in the center of the page ( https://css-tricks.com/quick-css-trick- … he-center/ )
but repositioning breaks the slideshow. Not sure why.

Re: Center gallery vertically

probably the easiest thing to do is to add some top-margin so that at least the slideshow is pushed down the page a bit. You can do this in Lightroom

Re: Center gallery vertically

in Appearance > Staging: Grid-type choose Full-screen: auto
You can set the Autostart/Interval speed at the bottom of that section
