CRG

I bought the CRG months ago, at that time I tried to install it, I couldn't, and now I am giving it a second chance.  Hopefully I have all files downloaded correctly.

I uploaded the TTG-be via FTP, it is under www.dulcephotographer.com/public_html/ttg-be
*** (I was told by my hosting company to ALWAYS upload below public_html)***
now, instructions say I have to upload CRG file below .../ttg-be, BUT, I dont have any folder or file named CRG, or do you mean "TTG-CE2-CRG.lrwebengine" ?

thanks in advance
Dulce

Re: CRG

true, but you never use public_html in your urls. So the url to your ttg-be install is: http://dulcephotographer.com/ttg-be

did you purchase TTG CE4 CRG?
If so, you'll have a zip folder to download. After downloading, extract (unzip) the folder. You'll have two folders inside the E4-CRG-612 (or whatever version of CE4 CRG you have). One for the web engine that you install in Lightroom, and another, the crg/ folder that you upload to /ttg-be/

Re: CRG

Also, you're using ttg-be version 2.0.2. You should update it to 2.0.4

You can use the same download link that was in the original email containing the link to your downloads. You should also have gotten update notices by email as well.

Re: CRG

If you have your order number, you can use it to lookup your downloads. In the sidebar of our blog, look for the link under "Find Your Order".

Re: CRG

and if I dont have the order number? I searched on my paypal and I have an order for 75.00 on oct 30 2014. but I am not sure what I bought. I would like to have access just entering my email. I think all those emails were cleaned by mistake from my inbox thinking I not longer need them.
i searched using the transaction ID and item number from paypal since that is everything I have but it didn't work.

Re: CRG

Then you will need to contact me in private, including the full name and email address used to purchase. I will need to search for the order to find the corresponding order number.
