I think I need a refund..

I mistakenly assumed that I could use TTG CE4 with Squarespace where my site is hosted. I haven't seen any way to contact customer support. I just ordered the software 2 hours ago so I haven't even used it yet. If anyone from TTG reads this would you please tell me how to proceed?
