Hi Guys,
ive got some Problems!
I had tried to publish galleries with a clients response template via publisher. But Publisher kills allways the Captions.
So i publish the Gallery through the CRG plug in. That Works. But in the last 2 Gallerys are missing the icons for Download Image, Marking Circle and some more. So i update the Gallerys via ttg-be Publisher Admin (The album files were updated successfully for 25 Albums and 2 Album Sets) Now the Browser shows for the Gallerys the following error: Unable to find gallery.xml. The gallery can not be found. Hope anyone could help me.

That's strange. gallery.xml files should be there for every Publisher album. Had you by chance uploaded gallery exports into those two locations?
There's not much I can tell from looking at those URLs. Please email me the admin login, and preferably grant me FTP access via the Email link under my picture. That will let me see what's happening on your server.

Thanks for the login details. The content of your galerie/ directory seems quite broken - a mix of Publisher controlled files and exported LR albums.
I've had a go at fixing http://fotomatisch.de/galerie/weske/ Is that looking now as you expect?
Sorry, but I think you'll have further problems with galerie/ due to the mix of different kinds of files. I don't have a good solution other than needing to start again with that directory if you find major problems with it. If you're happy with the current contents then you may want to leave galerie alone and add any new albums and album sets into a new top-level galleries directory.
The general rule for Publisher albums and templates is:
1. Gallery templates go under ttg-be/templates/gallery. Use the LR Gallery plugin to export galleries to be used as templates here.
2. Auto Index templates go under ttg-be/templates/autoindex. Use the LR Auto Index plugin to export galleries to be used as templates here.
3. Publisher manages everything under a top-level galleries directory, for example galerie/. Other than initial setup of this directory there should usually be no need to upload or manually change anything under there yourself.

Hi Ben,
thx for your feedback!
At first i startet to build a galleryfolder in LR-publisher, and some gallery inside. But the generatet slug for the Autoindex was wrong. Later i overwrote it with a new autoindex via LR-Webmodule. Perhaps that makes the Problem.
So i will
1.delete the autindex-album weske
2. Upload the Autoindex-albun weske via lighroom web plugin again
3. Upload a client-response preset for publisher via LR-Webmodule
4. Create a Publisher CR-Gallery with the Preset.
It seems to work. but the Captions are still missing!

adding captions if using Publisher: http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … ata_tokens
once you've made the settings in your template you'll need to republish the images. You can check the "Push Metadata without updating existing photos" check box in Publisher Set up to make this faster.

Ok, thx a lot, i found a workflow.
Now i got a last question.
For some Clients i had createt autoindex gallerys that works like an Archiv where they can find all done jobs.
For Single Gallerys i direct them from the main page via a client login button, over to the client assignd albums.
I cant assing autoindex-gallerys to my clients-logins.
Is there a way to redirect them to autoindexes?

You can only assign CE4 CRG albums to a client so no, there's not a way to assign uploaded autoindexes or Publisher created Album Sets to a client.
The only ways I can think of linking clients to older projects is to direct them to the overall clients page and just let them navigate their way to their own albums, or to send them a link via email to the main autoindex for their albums (or a link to the archive autoindex). You could also include this link in the text of all of their albums.
