Problem with gallery

Hi,
I've a problem.

I've some galleries into : mysite/galleries

Fews days ago, I've deleted (inside : mysite/ttg-be/templates) my old template, and replace it with another my template (without feedback by client).

Now, all my client, do not able to open their gallery.

The error is : "The template ttg-be/templates/gallery/ could not be found. Create this template with CE4 Gallery then upload it to your server".

Inside ttg-be/tempates/gallery I've :
cart-default
crg-default
ottimizzato (my new template).

I've also assign "ottimizzato", into "client response gallery settings/personalisation/crg templates".

Also, if I try to create a new album from CE4, the error is :
"Unable to perform action: getSetupForTemplate
Message: The template <cite>ttg-be/templates/gallery/</cite> could not be found. Create this template with CE4 Gallery then upload it to your server."

Can You help me !?!

can you provide a link to the gallery that's not working as expected?

To be clear, the album should be a Client Response Gallery?

I've also assign "ottimizzato", into "client response gallery settings/personalisation/crg templates".

this controls the styling of your client log in page and shouldn't affect individual galleries.

...all the album was created by CR4.
All works ok, before I deleted the old template....

I've all the albums !!

Now, I've more than 10 albums, and all my clients do not open it!!

Double check to make sure all files are in the /ttg-be/templates/gallery/ottimizzato/ folder. Specifically, you need to have template_index.php and template_mobile.php or you'll get the message you've been getting.

did you remember to change the chosen template in the Publisher Edit Album dialog box for each of your albums?

Now. I've put "perfetta" into "edit publisher settings/search/search template"

I've to activate : "Update Album Files", inside "Dashboard/Special Links" ?

no, In the same dialog box where your created the Album within Publisher in the first place.

as stated earlier, this only affects the crg login page your clients see, not the albums.

Now, I've missed to change "template".
Now, the new album is ok.

You can see it, the new album named "album".

BUT, the other album, do not open !!!

Why ?!?

I'm not sure I'm following. Did you change the template in all of your albums?

You need to do this from Publish Services. Right click on an existing album and choose Edit. Then click the drop-down next to Template and choose the template you want to use. Do this for all your albums.
