I don't see this at the moment in lightroom, how updating?

Hi,

Great to see things are getting better and better.
One part of the update is however strange. I don't see a file called CE4-CRG.lrwebengine at the moment between all my .lrwebengines . Is that a normal? The file is also not listed in the update mail I received with all the zip files
Can I live without, or should i have and install the file as described underneath? Everything is working, this i like searching for something that doesn't exist...

To update to CRG 6.1.1:

Replace the CE4-CRG.lrwebengine, and restart Lightroom
Replace the ttg-be/crg/application directory
Replace the ttg-be/crg/lib directory
Log in as admin to ttg-be/crg/admin

Re: I don't see this at the moment in lightroom, how updating?

first, to add screen shots you need to use the whole url to the image
http://community.theturninggate.net/top … our-posts/

the zip folder you downloaded should contain the .lrwebengine file and a folder named crg/ (which contains the application and lib directories.

Since I can't see your screen shots I can only really refer you to the web engine installation docs

Well, these are the files i can download, no CE4-CRG.lrwebengine file to find in the list.

These web engines are installed:

It looks like the Client Response Gallery is not in that order.

do you still have the original email from when you purchased CRG?

You can try looking up your order on the order look up page:
https://theturninggate.fetchapp.com/orders

Otherwise you'll need to contact Matt

Hi Rod,

Seems like CRG doesn't make part of the CE4 web pub bundle.
I mailed Matt to explain why i thought i should have received the CRG file. (it's all about communication)

The Web Publishing bundle does not include CRG. The only bundle that does is the Client Proofing Bundle.
