Rod, see my email with screen shots and some files. That explains my situation better.

answered.
Be sure you're updating the phplugins.php file that's located in the phplugins/ folder at the root of the site.
Also make sure the spelling of the Video link you add is correct. It seems that case matters so make sure the link is /Video and not /video.

Applause! http://www.stevenlefebrefotografie.be/Video/Naikabis/
The navigation was the bottle neck...

One question:
- on my iphone, I see a still image of my video, on my laptop, i see a question mark. Is it possible also to have a still image on the laptop?

Re: basic question... need help

you can add screen shots here on the forum if you like. That way, Matt, who is the expert on all of this, will also see the problem.

But what you're seeing on your Video index page is due to the fact that you've not provided a thumbnail or a Title and Description.
on Album Title and Description: http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … album_info

For the thumbnail you can just add an image to the filmstrip for each video page you're creating in Stage. Then export and upload the thumbnails/ folder as well as the autoindex.xml file

Re: basic question... need help

I should be more specific. Each gallery you put in an index (Stage is a gallery) needs to have the Album info filled out.

so you need to provide the Title, Description, and thumbnail for each Stage export

I'll take a rest for a couple of days since it's working now and will have a look at this after the w-e. Great to have a happy ending :-)
