I just bought Customer Responsive gallery CE4 and it does not work properly. I strictly followed the installation instructions and nothing to do.

I see some javascript errors popping up. This probably has to do with your file naming. You've got a period in the middle of your file names. Folder and file names on the web should contain only letters, numbers, underscores, and dashes. No spaces or other special characters.
In this case, the extra period on the file name appears to be causing a problem with the script.

It takes the Publisher module to be able to use the database.

I only bought CRG module at 50$

The Bundle with Publisher is 85$ Is it possible to pay the difference for the other 3 additional modules.

How to do this?

Even without Publisher, submitted feedback is added to the database.

Be sure to set the Feedback Status to "Any"

The advantage of using Publisher is the client management features where your client can log in, make selections, close the browser, and come back later to continue.
If you want to upgrade you can send an email to Matt and ask him about paying the difference to upgrade to the bundle
