Hi Guys
Please can you help me work out what has gone wrong on the gallery.php page of my website?
http://www.snimages.co.uk/galleries.php
Many thanks

when you updated Pages to 7.0.14, did you replace all the files and the lib/ folder? This was a problem in the previous version when using the Freewall Masonry layout for the index.

I've just re-uploaded Pages 7.0.14 and replaced everything except the Galleries folder, as per the instructions on this page: http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … ce3_to_ce4
but still have an error message on the gallery.php page

Can you try deleting the galleries.php file and the lib/ folder and uploading freshly exported versions. I'm just wondering if your ftp program isn't overwriting the files.
and are you using FTP or Lightroom's upload feature? You should be using FTP

I have tried that, but it hasnt worked. I wonder if I should do a fresh instal, but as I had a CE3 site, please can you tell me what I must leave on my server to not lose anything vital. Or perhaps you have another suggestion?
Thanks

Do you still have CE3 components on the site?
Since I don't know what you have or what's important, I can't really say what you should leave.
If you have galleries in the /galleries/ folder, you should leave that intact. It doesn't have anything to do with what you're seeing anyway.
Are you using Publisher? Is it up to date? (I don't think this has anything to do with the problem but it's something to eliminate from the troubleshooting list)
Also, are you uploading via FTP or using Lightroom's upload feature?

Hi Rod
Thanks for helping. I'm using Filezilla ftp to upload and yes, I use Publisher. I'll check the other points now.
Thank you
Sally

another thing you can try, if you haven't already, is deleting Pages from Lightroom (don't worry, you won't lose the work you've done, but also be sure to save it in the Template Browser) and downloading a fresh version from TTG and installing that, just in case something got corrupted in the downloading or unzipping process.
If that doesn't help, feel free to create a template of your Pages set up and either post the file online and provide a url to it or email it directly to me and I'll try to duplicate the problem.

That did it!..... Deleting Pages from LR and reinstalling it, then a fresh upload and bingo, everything is appearing. Now all I need do is tweak the look.
Many many thanks
