TTG-BE

I am truly lost with setting up TTG-BE.

I did follow the setup of
http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … tion_setup

Trying to log into admin
http://www.gommit.de/ttg-be/admin/

I get the following message:
could not find driver|#0 /home/gommit-de/htdocs/ttg-be/framework/dao/PdoExtended.php(49): PDO->__construct('sqlite:../frame...', NULL, NULL, Array) #1 /home/gommit-de/htdocs/ttg-be/framework/dao/SQLiteHandler.php(11): PdoExtended->__construct('sqlite:../frame...', NULL, NULL, Array) #2 /home/gommit-de/htdocs/ttg-be/framework/dao/DAOFactory.php(15): SQLiteHandler->__construct(Array) #3 /home/gommit-de/htdocs/ttg-be/admin/application/helpers/ApplicationHelper.php(23): DAOFactory->getDBHandler() #4 /home/gommit-de/htdocs/ttg-be/framework/helpers/GenericApplicationHelper.php(28): ApplicationHelper->createConfigManager() #5 /home/gommit-de/htdocs/ttg-be/admin/application/init.php(9): GenericApplicationHelper->getConfigManager() #6 /home/gommit-de/htdocs/ttg-be/framework/init.php(112): include_once('/home/gommit-de...') #7 /home/gommit-de/htdocs/ttg-be/admin/index.php(17): require_once('/home/gommit-de...') #8 {main}|URL: /ttg-be/admin/index.php

I tried everything what I could find in this community to no avail.

Following the descriptions in announcement-information I checked
http://www.gommit.de/ttg-be/admin/?info

It shows there is PHP and everything else, but the whole thing is just Chinese to me.
I found PDO though but it seems to be enabled.

Any advice for me what to do?

Re: TTG-BE

Hi, TTG BE requires some standard PHP modules that your host should be providing.  It looks like they are not currently enabled.
You'll need to contact your host to request they enable the sqlite and pdo_sqlite modules.  That should fix it.

Re: TTG-BE

I tried hard to communicate with my web hosting service.
I want to move now.

Does anyone have experience with web hosting in Germany running TurningGate?

I want to set up a private web site. So I can safely exclude dedicated servers.

If someone does have a recommendation for a web hosting service in Germany that works please let me know.

Re: TTG-BE

Hi Gommit,

my page is running on a webhosting powered by Netcup.  Right now I am setting up a vServer from the same hoster and never had any big trouble with them.

--> https://www.netcup.de/hosting/

I would recommend a "Web Expert M" package.

Re: TTG-BE

Hi Gommit,

my site  is hosted by "Host Europe" (https://www.hosteurope.de/)  and I have had no problems related to the host thus far.
